OUR MEASURES
Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi has taken the situation very seriously since the beginning of the pandemic. To ensure maximum safety for our employees as well as for our customers, we have put in place several protocols in agreement with the Quebec Public Health. These are accompanied by numerous measures detailed below.
Our sales department is open online only until May 25.

The first of these is to favour online or phone shopping. Our teams are at your disposal to offer you:

When you arrive, several elements are in place.
1. Hand wash station at the entrance
At your arrival in the dealership, we invite you to wash your hands with a disinfectant product placed at the entrance.
2. Remote Reception
At the reception desk, in the parts department or in the service department, our teams will greet you throught a contactless protocol that counts among other things:
No keys handing from hand to hand
Exchanges with our reception staff will take place through a plexiglas window on the desks.

3. Spaces cleaned regularly
Several times during the day, the most frequently used surfaces are cleaned: coffee machine, reception desk, chairs in the waiting room, to name but a few.
4. Vehicles access in the showroom (after the reopening)
The vehicles access in the showroom will also be restricted and will require the intervention of one of our sales representatives. He will guide you in your discovery and will clean the interior after each demonstration in order to provide a safe environment for future clients.
5. Vehicles at the service
At the service, instructions have also been established to ensure your safety, for example:

6. Updating our protocols
Every day, research around the virus advances, and we remain attentive to the recommendations of the Quebec Public Health and the Quebec Automobile Dealers Corporation (CCAQ) regarding new measures that could be taken to further reduce the risks of contamination.
